I submitted the application in June. I got my first interview call in September. This was an interview with a panel (5 people). Then in November, I got a follow up call by an HR representation confirming if I was still interested in the position. In a couple of day, MEL Workstream Lead called me again for a short interview. Got the offer by then end of November and started in December.

Both interviews had fairly similar questions but the interviewers were different. Second interview was more formal and structured. However, prior to the interview invites, I was not made aware that candidates will be interviewed twice for the role.
