I had a telephone call interview first, followed by an in-person interview. The in-person interview consisted of questions from a three-person panel and a presentation I had to give on the specific area I was familiar with. I interviewed with one person who would be my colleague, my direct manager, and the head of the whole team. I also completed a psychometric test online to determine my working style.
