It was a laid back process. Sat down at a table in an empty dining room. Open ended questions and the Interviewer paid close attention to my answer's. The process took two days but I enjoyed it overall.
I applied online. It was a pretty simple application process. I then went in for about a fifteen minute interview in the dining room of the club. It was a pretty simple and laid back process. We talked about the members and how they expect exceptional service. I then gave my availability, came in for a training and started the job shortly after.
