- Hiring manager exec interview
The interview process was easy. There was no take-home assessment to complete. The company cares a lot about culture fit, so do your homework on company values.
The interview process was super efficient. Oyster's talent team is global, so there may be a slight delay in response due to timezone. As such, it's important to communicate your own timeline very clearly. Everyone was responsive and organized. My process was super through yet quick.

Interview
The recruiter reached out to me with a Calendly link for an initial call. The day after the initial call, she reached out to me to schedule a follow-up call with the CoS via another Calendly link. I received prompt decisions and communication, and the recruiter has been extremely responsive.
