There were several typical stages in the process, including a screening, a home assignment, and two technical interviews.
The first interview went pretty well. I was asked about my experience with Kubernetes and cryptocurrency. We had a good conversation about DevOps best practices and challenging SRE scenarios.
The second interview was with the team, and honestly, it left a bad impression. At times, my interviewers seemed unsure of what I was talking about. My questions highlighted a significant lack of engineering culture within the team. Although I passed, I feel that working there would be a waste of time.
The interview process consists of three stages. The first is an HR screening, which focuses on your experience, background, and cultural fit. The second stage is a technical interview with an engineer, followed by a technical task that takes about 4 hours, for which you are paid. The final interview is a review of your technical task to discuss your approach and verify your solutions
