Not really hard. Would depend to which team and/or position. The interview is typically 3 rounds, 1 with the HR department, 1 with the hiring manager and 1 for an onsite interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PACCAR in Sept 2014
Interview
Interview process is really quick. Usually a 2 step process: phone interview followed by a on-site interview. Phone interview is conducted by hiring manager and will be based on the role you have applied to. Some technical aspect to the interview but mostly behavioral. The on-site is a full day interview process, which includes presentation, panel interview, interviews with several managers and tour and lunch.
They conducted several rounds of interviews with managers and peers. It was a streamlined process with on-site meetings and a presentation. It was a good experience and provided me with a good sense of the company and future colleagues.
