Insanely unprofessional interview. I did a zoom interview that went fine, they set their expectations of an employee and I sent mine to an employer, and it went well. When it came to the in-person interview it wasn't very good. I was asked if I had children that would prevent me from coming in. At the mention of growth within the company, I was laughed and told there would be no ability to grow. This was important for me to be able to grow and learn with any company I work for, I would have never agreed to an in-person interview if this was said before. The attitude of the person I interviewed with one of the zoom calls attitude changed when meeting with her. She was belittling, rude and disregarded a lot of what was said in the zoom call. She told me I was not qualified for the position even with over a decade of experience because I asked for a livable wage. Which was a dollar or two more then they wanted to offer, and that expectation was set with the recruiter before any formal interview and if it was not negotiable I would not have done any interviews. Instead they said it would be an issue most likely until the in-person in which I was insulted to justify not paying a livable wage.
