Rather awkward and strange. For some one looking to hire, the manager's body language was distinctly uncomfortable and distracted. What was really bad was he proceeded to waste my time with an assessment test that took over an hour to complete. Well and good that one does not intend to hire a candidate but really deplorable to waste folks precious time with no intention of follow through. Of course, never heard back from him again.
