I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PAPER in Feb 2022
Interview
First step - Aptitude test, basically a cumulative high school math/science test that makes sure you're qualified for the job
Second step - phone interview, was very brief and asked about my teaching experience and philosophy, job expectations, etc.
Third step - Live tutor simulation, testing your response to a few common situations that happen while working and gauging your responses to those situations.
After submitting my resume and cover letter, i was asked to complete a survey of my proficiency level in different math and science concepts. I had a assessment on the math topics that I listed myself as proficient in (math aptitude test). Then I had a phone interview followed by a live help test. I also had a language assessment because I listed proficiency in a second language.
