Hiring through a third party, everything went smoothly. Next stage was a technical task handled through Payback. Very arrogant feedback, it's like the code went over the head of the person reviewing it (probably a junior dev, from the looks of it).

There was first an online phone assesment. Quite easy for the position I was applying. Then I went for an onsite interview that lasted for about 4 hours. At some point about 10 guys swarmed to introduce themselves and I lost track of who was who.
