Very "to the point". I was contacted and asked if I would be available for a teams interview. The interview was conducted by two people, who asked a list of questions from a page. The connection was poor at times, making it difficult to understand some questions. The interview felt very "to the point" and rehearsed, with no ice breaker / personal connection.
