Applied to production interview role, but was told by HR that process engineer role was available and I could apply to that. After interview with 3-4 managers and plant tour was offered employment a couple weeks later.

Interview
Called me on a Sunday night (???) to ask me to interview. Missed phone interview by 2 hours. When I sent a follow up email, they told me that they gave the hiring manager my resume because of the email, and realized that I didn't have the right skill, which weren't on the job posting. But that's okay, since they had another job that I could do. Except that it was GED level work "with engineering as a foot in the door", and I have a BS in Mechanical Engineering. The whole process was so insulting that I'll never consider dealing with them again.
