The interview process was about a week long. After two interviews, I was hired. I went through a phone screening and two in-person interviews for Marketing. I liked that they cared about what I needed and wanted, as well as how I would fit into the position. This company truly cares about their employees and it was inspiring to hear that many employees have been in the company for 10 - 35 years, not something you hear everyday, Truly a great company and team.
