Interview
The interview process as short and uncomfortable. I was interviewed by three individuals, who asked me different questions. Two put it all in a nut shell, it was very tacky and unnecessary. Almost as if it were a game, knowing that most people don't get a fair chance to even stay, at that company to change it for the better. Oh! and when I fill out the application before the interview, they give me a dental assistant test, which I passed with 100%

Why do you want this job, were do you see yourself in 5 yrs, what can you bring to this company. How would I handle a dissatisfied patient. and how would I accommodate a co-worker. ( something to that effect?)

Interview
The interview lasted around an hour. It was 30 minutes longer than it needed to be. The same questions were asked that are on my resume. Dr. asked about my favorite foods, my hobbies etc.. After hour long questioning I became bored and tuned out without showing signs of being uninterested.

Interview
Okay. So I applied online and got a call a few days later. I set up the interview with the office manager. When I arrive, I interviewed with OM, the two doctors assigned to the office and also the owner doctor. All seemed to go very well. I was later called for a second interview that would be conducted by the regional manager. Their interviews are very lengthy and tiresome but any who. All seemed to go well with her. They told me I basically had the job but had to wait on my background check which would take about 3 days. I get an email from the recruiter stating it would take 5- 7 days. Okay. They have you give them 5 references who have to complete an assessment of your skills. Needless to say, I get a call a week later stating they chose another candidate.
