I was contacted through a recruiter on LinkedIn. In just 2 days I was interviewing with my department head, then his boss, then 4-5 coworkers. It was wonderful being able to see so many different viewpoints of a company. Everyone I interviewed with was so honest about their experience and willing to share their likes and even dislikes of the company environment. Their personal touch really sealed the deal for me on accepting the position.
