Interview
The recruiter from PDTech emailed and called me about the position. When we finally connected, this is when the interview was conducted- as the company came across my resume on the internet and it impressed them. The interview process consists of a phone portions, submitting a resume with references, Running a drug screen and a background check. When all of these items come back, that is when a formal job offering is submitted to a candidate.
