Interviewed before a panel of four people at the PECO headquarters. The took turns asking questions. Each question was to be answered in the form of a story telling how you solved a problem.
STAR Method, the interview process was very straightforward. There were five different questions presented pertaining to different values that PECO looks for in an employee. They're all situation based questions and how you've navigated through them and what was the final outcome.
