I applied for the role and had a screening call a few weeks later. I was then invited to a first-stage interview, during which the interviewer joined late without any advance notice and did not acknowledge or apologise for the delay. While I understand that delays can happen, a quick message beforehand would have been appreciated and helped set expectations. Overall, the tone of the process did not leave the strongest impression.
