Had a face-to-face interview with the head of trading and an HR. It was a very relaxed interview and the people there were very nice. I was given a list of questions, in which some are simple numerical ones and some test your analytic skills. There were very few competency-based questions, and many were related to your knowledge about the natural gas market.
