I had one interview with the Atlanta office, which was coordinated directly by a principal — there was no HR involvement throughout the process. The interview format was a standard portfolio presentation followed by a Q&A.
However, very few questions were asked about my portfolio or experience. The conversation quickly shifted to my earliest availability and an overview of the office and benefits, which made the interview feel more like a general info session than a candidate evaluation.
Unfortunately, I did not receive any follow-up or response after the interview, which left the process feeling a bit incomplete.
