Many rounds of interviews. They will make you complete an excel file which was not very difficult. You will be interviewed by several members of the staff and there may be a job shadow day.

Two part interview process. The first part is a clinical interview with an exam base on critical care topics, patient care scenarios, as well as reviews of ACLS and PALS. The second part is a tradition sit down HR interview.
