Interview
You start out with a simulator period to show them that you are trainable; whether you apply for a VFR or IFR position. The training cadre want to see if you're trainable and what your knowledge base is. After that the interview was a seamless conversation about why you chose PHI, the run down of how the company works, and where it is going in the future. You will also get a tour of their facility in Lafayette, LA.
