I had to make some stupid psychological tests before, which don't have to do anything with programming. They did not contacted me very fast only after 2 weeks which is not quite nice. After completing the psychological test I could not get to many information regarding the person what they need. So you don't know on what you will work.

Interview
Process Is Simple. First Company Invites Resumes In Case Of Off Campus Or Drive Recruitment Drive. In Which Company Select Potential Candidates Which Go Though GD, PI Process. Then Selected Candidates Joins In Some Weeks.
