I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PLEXSYS Interface Products (Camas, WA) in Jan 2022
Interview
First was a phone screen with all behavioral questions. Very easy and the lady was really nice.
Next, I was told it would be a technical interview with one of the engineers. He ended up asking all of the behavioral questions that I was already asked and it was kind of annoying. Technical questions were thrown in and they were easy.
Did not make it to the next round.

Interview
There were multiple interviews ending in a coding project. The coding project was arguably a waste of time since no guidelines were given and all questions were ignored. Working as an entry level position with no guidance is not something that should be expected. One should be allowed to learn and improve.
I applied online. I interviewed at PLEXSYS Interface Products (Midwest City, OK) in Aug 2020
Interview
The smoothest interview process I've experienced in my career so far. I applied through a similar online job forum and was nervous because I didn't attach a resume and cover letter to my online application. However, the company did a great job of asking relevant questions, through the online forum, that I was happy to answer.
I received a response email from the HR team within a week of applying. PLEXSYS was understanding of my responsibilities (with a different company at the time) and was flexible with interview times. The first interview was over the phone with three team members, and it went well. The second interview was in the office with four team members after work hours (due to my other employment at the time, again PLEXSYS was flexible).
Both interviews were a nice balance of professionalism and casual human interaction. I felt as if the team consisted of good friends who are driven professionals and determined to better the company - and I wanted to be a part of it! We ran over our interview time because the conversation was productive, yet pleasantly entertaining.
Throughout the whole process, I asked (multiple times) things such as "this job offer and company benefits are too good to be true, what's the catch?" Now that I'm a part of the team, I can answer that question. PLEXSYS follows through on its mission to provide a great place to work! So far, I'm still waiting for the "catch" and have yet to find it. PLEXSYS is the place to be!
