PLIVA d.d. interview questions

IQ test with many questions and lasts about 2 hours if not more, psychology test including "I am" test. If you pass you get an extensive interview with the HR, followed by an interview with the management

They contact you to go to a specific IQ/personality/math skills/language skills test that last 3 hours (and takes as much to complete) After that you have to talk to a psychologist to evaluate you and ask you inappropriate questions and only then and there you find out ,through soft skills, that the position you applied is just a temporal substitution for a maternity/paternity leave or something like that?! After all is said and done they never contact you again even when you contact them?!
