The interview process was great! There were a total of 2 rounds excluding the initial meeting with HR/recruiter. Very small and homely company so there's lots of opportunities to collab and grow.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PLS 3rd Learning (Buffalo, NY) in Aug 2012
Interview
Very laid back. They made me feel super comfortable, which really helped with the nerves (I get REALLY nervous for things like this). The entire process was super easy going. I had 2 interviews with the necessary teams (one with the IT side, one with the management side), both had a similar feel (comfortable). The entire team (even the ones I didn't interview with) was very welcoming.

Interview
Thorough interview process with multiple rounds including Leadership Team and department members. They interview for personality fit over applicable skills because that is already vetted out before you get the chance to talk with anyone. Recruiters are used quite a bit to find unique matches. They move quickly once a fit is made.
