Spoke on phone with a recruiter I meet at the Arizona State Career Fair. Very professional and nice. Seemed to be enthusiastic about her job and was on top of company info. The first phone call is more of a chat than an interview, I used it to ask her questions about company negatives based on reviews read online. Most of our talk confirmed what I found out through these reviews. Next step is an interview with a higher up. Very laid back talk, nothing to be worried about.

1st round is 30 minute phone call with recruiter, very basic questions about past experiences and why you’re passionate about sales. In house recruiter, super nice person to talk to.
