It was a fairly lengthy interview process, including a technical assessment interview over Excel. Overall the interviews were more conversational and not too difficult. I would recommend doing research over the companies values and technology before interviews to gain a deeper understanding.

The recruiter interaction and process felt distant and unenthusiastic. They did not communicate with the team on what you would like to work on, career goals, or role expectations before scheduling a call with a team member
