POD (India) interview questions

I was informed by that my experiences and skills aligned with the role's criteria. The kicker came in when the interviewer decided that my profile was not worth it because I had gaps between my jobs (which included higher education and the few months after the rampant layoffs - factors out of my control). My skills were not evaluated, not even understood. The interview was scheduled for 30 minutes - it was wrapped up in 15 because "there were [explainable] gaps".
