Received a job notice from CareerBuilder.com. Filled out an online form and submitted my resume to the company. 3 days later I was directed by e-mail to take an online assessment, and it took less than an hour to complete. Immediately after the online assessment I was asked to complete a pre-employment application. 7 days after that I was called for a phone interview, and was scheduled for a 1:1 interview to happen in 6 days. The assessment and interviews were heavily geared towards sales experience and scenario questions, so its best to prepare for that in mind. Office seemed professional and friendly.
