I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at POWER Engineers (Lake Oswego, OR) in Apr 2022
Interview
intro interview for 30 minutes followed by 2-3 hour tech interview the next day. Not much about how you'll fit in with the culture, more about your technical understanding. Introduced to many of the client leads and had short "get to know ya" banter followed by technical questions.

Question 1
Asks about ladder logic and shown schematics for you to demonstrate your knowledge
HR were very nice and made the process speedy and full communication. Phone call, then technical interview on the phone, than on site interview. They pay for your hotel and mileage/flights
The interview process was overall very Good. I learned a lot and am glad that I did. I would interview again if I did not get a better offer. I think power is a good place and the job is very good also.
Very professional, asked good important and intelligent questions. Likeable and personable with humorous interludes to help make you feel welcome. Instilled a sense that quality was the most important factor for working there.
