Interview
I was contacted for an interview approximately three weeks after applying for the position.
The interview itself lasted nearly 3 hours. I met multiple members of the team in one-on-one interviews. The questions were similar. They mostly asked about my relevant experience.
HR was very efficient. There was only two rounds of interviews by HR and team. There was no technical question during the interview. You do not need to have experience in clinical trials before.

Quick and painless. They were super nice and engaging. It started with a initial screening and then they bump you to the hiring manager. Highly recommend. Great company. Good benefits.
