Interview
Phone call recruiter interview followed by a videoconference with data management managers. Both interviews went very well; however, after almost completing the process, a more senior recruiter called and insisted me to provide more details on my current salary and benefits, she was very rude. I decided not to continue with the process.

Treat the interview like explaining your experience to a friend. The more details, the better, since it saves them having to ask questions to draw the information out. If they bring up a task or project you're unfamiliar with, you can be honest about lack of experience as long as you're willing to learn. Overall, the interview felt fluid. The questions did not feel "mechanical".
