It all started with a 30-minute phone interview with the recruiter asking me about my background, explaining the company & position, and answering any questions I had. A few weeks later, I had an hour-long Microsoft Teams interview with the hiring manager and a senior programmer. No technical questions were involved other than one asking about my professional JDBC & SQL experience since it was listed on my resume. Most of the questions were behavioral/STAR that heavily emphasized how well you respond to stressful situations, tight deadlines, multiple priorities, conflict, etc.
