There is a multi step interview process. First there will be a meeting with HR. Then there will be tests. That's as far as I got. Be prepared to take a series of exams. One is a logic exam (can't remember the name), then there is a basic math test, and a vocabulary exam. This will take time, at least 30 minutes, be ready.
