Most interviews are done by the General Manager, who will sometimes do a panel style interview with other team members. He always does a "walk around" office tour. Generally if you have a 20 minute interview, they are not interested. If he does an hour long interview, then there is a good opportunity for the role. If they have you meet the President of the company, then you have a strong likelihood of getting the job.
