PRISM+ Creative interview questions

The entire interview process was quite messy and unorganized, wasn't exactly what the HR initially shared. However, still went on with it. HR also forgotten some of the things that was told to him earlier. Interviewer was not very professional, could tell he did not prepare anything, probably did not look through the CV beforehand too. Interviewer also seem to not have a clear udnerstanding of the role, questions asked were all over the place. The company seems to have a lot of restructuring/new policies/rules that are wip, causing confusion in the interview process resulting in HR/interviewer couldn't share any concrete plans. Would be worried if I enter the company.
