Applied on line at web site. I was contacted a week later for an initial phone screen. Interviewer was very friendly and willing to explain some of my initial concerns with the company. I was asked a few basic questions nothing difficult. I was then contacted by the hiring manager for the department a week later. This person was very friendly and pleasant as well. Unfortunately after talking for a while we mutually agreed that this position was not a good match for me.
