Interview
It was thorough and formal. They asked questions off of a script, and all of the interviewers had the same questions in front of them. There were about three or four interviewers at one time.
- first interview phone, asks basic questions and checks your community engagement and working with individuals with disabilities.
It’s straightforward, you get a second interview with the manager and basically tie your personal experience, what they are looking for exactly is someone who is capable of working with different types of individuals with varying needs

Met with regional manger, she had a list of questions that I answered, then shadowed someone working in the field. They do this to make sure it would be a good fit for me, then met with director. Then I received a job offer.
