A recruiter contacted me and called me for an initial phone interview. She just went over my resume with me and said it seemed like I had a good background for the position and that she would send me the standard interview assignment. The assignment was long, but not too difficult and probably took me a total of four to six hours to complete. When I sent it in, I got an e-mail from the recruiter immediately to tell me it was under review and she'd contact me the following week with feedback. After two weeks, I got an e-mail saying the assignment was still under review, but she would tell me whether they wanted to move forward with me soon. When two more weeks went by, I e-mailed her asking for an update and...nothing. I took another job when it became obvious they were never going to respond to me. Apparently, they're fine with wasting your time with a lengthy assignment, but can't even type out a "Thanks, but no thanks" e-mail.

Had two rounds of interviews. First was a short Zoom meeting with the HR, who will assign you an exercise to test your skills after the screening. Then you have like a week to complete the test (create a 5-7-slide PowerPoint) and send it back to the HR. If they like your PPT they will arrange a second round interview with you and a few senior staffers at the company. In my case, I was interviewed by four at the same time. The entire process literally took forever, and I wouldn't recommend at all that you reach out because that simply doesn't work. Be prepared to drag yourself into an at least three-month-long battle starting from the day you receive a phone/Zoom screening request. That said, the interviewers were all very nice and absolutely pleasant to talk to. Some questions I got asked were much tougher than normal behavioral ones, but that's because they really wanted to dig into your personal and professional experience to learn more about who you are as a person.
