Very chill interview process, mainly asked about my motivations and why I want to join. The intern role I went for was unpaid so I am assuming that's why it wasn't as intense. Also Korean language proficiency would be helpful in getting more opportunities whilst you're there, but not required
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PSCORE (Seoul) in Feb 2021
Interview
I was asked about my proficiency in different languages, and whether I had experience working in teams. I was also asked about any previous experience with things like SRT files, but he didn't do it so much to test me but to figure out what team I should be placed in within the working environment. Overall very smooth and easy interview.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PSCORE
Interview
The interview process was fairly straightforward. Questions surrounded previous experiences with NGOs, previous experience with grant-writing, prior knowledge of inter-peninsular Korean relations and North Korean refugees. Then there were more practical questions surrounding language comprehension and availability.
