Interview was smooth and straightforward. Everyone was nice and knowledgeable. A lot of passion came through in the interview. I had a panel interview with about 5 people, but I hear they usually split it up across a day or two.

Fast 3 step process. Take home test, recruiter screening call, technical panel and then decision. About a week between each. Test is pretty straightforward, but give a strong answer because it'll come up in the technical.
