PXP Financial interview questions

Casual, discussing the role itself and talking about past experience. The interviewer was laid back, explaining well the structure, plans and processes in the company. Discussed the specifics of the role and what’s expected. They said, they will contact me the following week, but never did. Didn’t even send me a rejection, which is very disappointing.

There was a two stage interview: - one via zoom. - one face to face Both were non technical, first with the support manager then with the support manager and their manager.
