Applied through the general website. Application was simple and straightforward. Had two interviews, one with hiring manager and another with a creative lead. With a small team the work seemed very siloed to social and digital. Still I believed I would be a good fit given this was a lateral move and I was capable to execute content effectively. Promptly ghosted.
