Two interviews, all with executives (including CEO). Total time 6 hours onsite. Six weeks to conduct first and second interviews, and receive rejection with a rather obscure rationale (was not a good fit as I might not be able to relate to Engineers, a large part of the employee population). May have dodged a bullet since there seems to be disconnect between the desire for organization development, and the realization that change interventions take time and effort (heard repeatedly that Engineers often work long hours and are stretched thin). Interesting company and history, but the benefits are average - below average, and the existing culture and offices seem unremarkable. Unless you have a deep desire to work in this particular industry, top OD people can probably position themselves more favorably in the current market.
