It was enjoyable, very light but to the point. The interview process took about two weeks, but it seemed like a seemingness transition throughout the entire thing. Preparation is always key, but there's no need to overthink their process.

Question 1
One question was: Name a time where you faced adversity in the workplace and you overcame it.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pacific Advisors (Newport Beach, CA) in Sept 2018
Interview
It was multiple parts. It started with a phone interview, then moved to in person. If you make it passed that, there is either a webex or another in person to sign documents and other things that are needed. It wasn't a long process but just multiple parts.
