I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pacific Cycle (Milwaukee, WI) in Jan 2022
Interview
3x video interviews, no follow up thereafter. I sent a note but never heard back after it was reasonable to assume there was interest due to 3+ hours of interview investment for both parties.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Pacific Cycle
Interview
It was a casual interview with in depth questions. Didn't follow the STAR method but seemed better because of it. I felt like they were genuinely interested. Big fan of the company process.

Interview
It was a very quick and responsive interview process. I had three separate interviews over the span of two weeks. Everyone I interviewed with was extremely friendly and happy to tell me more about Pacific Cycle and the job position. Only negative thing was that I had three interviews with six people overall, and I never received any message to officially inform me that I did not get the job even after reaching out multiple times to their human resources department. But before that, they were extremely helpful and quick to answer any questions while I was in the interview process, so overall it was a good experience.
