The interview process was very thorough, and increased in team size throughout. The management asked thoughtful and intelligent questions, and their team posed good mock scenarios to run through, as well as showing a solid team dynamic and positive manager/employee relations. Final interview was with the CIO. At all levels, I felt more that the interviews were seeking to find a personality match as well as a skill set match, rather than a cold, by the book “let’s test your book knowledge” approach, which is great.
