I applied online. I interviewed at Pacific Office Automation (Orange, CA)
Interview
Zoom with a recruiter. She explained the job well and did not leave out any details. Answered my questions. The role was explained well in the second interview, but was very vague about certain aspects of the commission.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Pacific Office Automation (Sacramento, CA) in Apr 2025
Interview
The interview process was pretty straightforward. Although it was pretty spread out, there was 1 initial screening, 1 phone call with branch manager, and 1 in-person ride-along with sales rep.
Absolutely terrible. I went in for an interview and the person interviewing me acted so uninterested. Was clicking their pen and looking around. Cared about what sports I did in HIGH SCHOOL. Gave me a personality assessment that I would never do in my entire life. The questions were so bizarre and was not applicable to the job responsibilities. Was told to go in for a 8 hour day before I accepted the offer to see if I wanted the job. EIGHT hours. For FREE. The interview process is absolutely terrible and weeds out candidates, which is good because you do not want to work for this company. The people are not welcoming/friendly.
