Pacific Quest interview questions

Phone interview - able to do from Spain over Skype. After applying to diverse questions online a phone interview was scheduled (then reschedules) but overall he was very nice and friendly. Offered me a different position than I was applying for but took it anyway. Wonderful company.

After submitting my application, I received an email communication inviting me for a skype interview. It ended up being a phone interview after the recruiter was having technical difficulties with his Skype. He was friendly, interview questions were clear, and he was helpful in answering all my questions at the end of the interview. Pleasant, easy. It is my understanding that 2nd interviews (via phone) are now conducted with a manager; this did not occur at my time of hire.
